Returns
At Bull Tailor, we strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If any issue arises with your order, please let us know, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
Purchasing online can be challenging since you can't feel, hold, or try on the item. If your order arrives and the product is too big, small, heavy, or uncomfortable, please initiate a return here using your email and order number. Once the form is completed, you will be able to print a free return label.
Return Policy:
You can return your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date.
The item must be in its original box, unused, and include all parts and accessories.
Returns are free of charge, and a return label will be provided once you complete the returns form.
Returning a Damaged or Defective Product:
In the unlikely event that the bag you receive is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us by email within 30 days. A fault is a defect in appearance or function and should be apparent immediately or after initial use.
Contact us by e-mail first regarding the defect, and we will handle all shipping procedures. After receiving the returned goods, we will refund you or send a replacement.
After we receive the returned item, we will reimburse your payment within 2 working days.
